• Unfreeze • Properly adjust image control parameters, scan parameters, image processing parameters, monitoring brightness or contrast |

Probe type displayed on screen is different from actual working type |
• Poor contact of probe interface • Instrument is in Freeze status |
• In Freeze or shutdown status, re-connect probe interface • Unfreeze |

Black vertical bars appear on image |
• There is pollutants on probe |

There is interference noise spots or rippled interference lines on image |
•Possibly close to other equipment and magnetic field |

• External power grid voltage is too low or has larger fluctuation. • USB equipment (U disk, USB mouse etc) is connected when starting |
•Disconnect USB equipment • Restart and shutdown machine |
